Delivery & returns

The window

Order by 9pm and your groceries arrive between 5am and 7am the next morning. Every day, including Sunday.

Orders placed after 9pm go on the following night's run. Your basket tells you which night you're on before you check out.

What happens overnight

1. 9pm: orders close and the pick list is built.
2. 2am: our buyers are at the market for produce, bread and dairy.
3. 3am to 5am: everything is packed cold, bag by bag.
4. 5am to 7am: the vans go out. You get a message when yours is close.

Where we deliver

We cover the city and the first ring of suburbs. Type your postcode at checkout and we'll say yes or no straight away. If we don't reach you yet, we'll keep your postcode and tell you when we do.

Leaving it on the step

You don't need to be up. Cold items go in an insulated bag with an ice pack that lasts until mid-morning. Tell us where to leave it in the delivery note, and we'll leave it there.

Returns

No returns. If something is missing, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within 24 hours and we'll refund it. Keep the item, or compost it. Nobody needs to drive a bruised pear back across town.

Fees

One flat delivery fee, shown in your basket before checkout. Free above the threshold. No subscriptions, no minimum order.
